Primex In The News: Fort Wayne Schools Choose Primex with Safety Referendum Funds

May 2025 — Fort Wayne Community Schools, the largest public school district in Indiana, set aside roughly $1 million from a safety and well-being referendum to fund new security cameras, handheld radios, and message boards at various buildings throughout the district.

The message boards are none other than OneVue Notify® InfoBoard™ displays by Primex. According to an article in The Journal Gazette, FWCS is purchasing 576 InfoBoard displays for all 32 elementary schools within the district. These new displays will provide the same mass notification messaging that already strengthens safety communication at 11 middle and five high schools within FWCS.

For more insight into how the FWCS district is strengthening safety, read the full article in The Journal Gazette.
